Second Semester Clearance Process

  1. Click "Fill Clearance" to enter and submit your second-semester clearance details.
  2. Ensure ALL details are correct before clicking submit (Matric Number, Level, Names, etc.).
  3. Immediately after filling, you can print your generated clearance slip directly or click "Print Clearance" to print it later.
  4. Bring your printed clearance slip to the HOD's Office / Department for physical stamping and signing.

MANDATORY STAMPING REQUIREMENT: Any clearance slip without an official stamp and signature from the HOD's Office will be considered strictly INVALID for second-semester registration.
WARNING: Ensure you fill in accurate information. Providing false details or altered receipts is a serious violation subject to disciplinary action by the Polytechnic management.
